Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 200 g margarine or butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the oats, flour, and baking powder thoroughly. In a second bowl, cream the margarine until fluffy and add the sugar, egg, and flavoring. Now stir in the flour and oat mixture. Using two small spoons, place about a spoonful of flour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Do not place too close together, as they will spread. Bake for approximately 9–11 minutes until golden brown. E: 220°C/Gas Mark 3
