Crunchy Schnitzel
The perfect crunchy schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Turkey schnitzel
- 3 Eggs, spices as the mood takes you
- Some flour
- 300 g Tortilla chips
- Lemon slices and a side dish of your choice
- Knock the schnitzel as usual. Season and whisk the eggs, place in a soup plate. Put some flour in two other plates and crumble the tortilla chips.
- Now toss the schnitzel in the egg mixture, then in the flour, then again in the egg and then in the tortilla chips. Then immediately fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with the lemon wedges and a side dish.
