Crunchy Schnitzel

The perfect crunchy schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Turkey schnitzel
  • 3 Eggs, spices as the mood takes you
  • Some flour
  • 300 g Tortilla chips
  • Lemon slices and a side dish of your choice
  1. Knock the schnitzel as usual. Season and whisk the eggs, place in a soup plate. Put some flour in two other plates and crumble the tortilla chips.
  1. Now toss the schnitzel in the egg mixture, then in the flour, then again in the egg and then in the tortilla chips. Then immediately fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil. Drain on paper towels.
  1. Serve with the lemon wedges and a side dish.
