Kale with Potato Cubes

The perfect kale with potato cubes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cleaned kale
  • 1 size Chopped onion
  • 20 g Mild coconut fat
  • 1 Cup Homemade vegetable broth
  • **************************************
  • 500 g Diced potatoes
  • **************************************
  • 2 tbsp Oleolux with garlic
  1. Leave the onion in the coconut oil, add the cleaned kale and stir everything well.
  2. The kale gets a nice green color, then add the vegetable stock and the diced potatoes and cover with a lid and let everything simmer gently for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Due to the strong vegetable stock, seasoning is no longer necessary. Everything can be rounded off with a bit of ground lemon pepper and / or with a vegan cream and the Oleolux was enough and it’s very tasty … you can find the Rz in my cookbook.
