Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 l Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 50 g Quark
  • 300 g Spelt flour
  • 350 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 20 g Melted butter
  • Sunflower seeds for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the yeast with sugar and quark in lukewarm water. Mix the spelled flour, wholemeal spelled flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and salt. Add the yeast mixture to the flour. Knead the dough well and let rise for about an hour. Knead again and put in a loaf pan. Brush with egg and melted butter and sprinkle seeds on top. At 220 ° about 50 minutes. to bake.
