Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- Water, lukewarm
- 500 g flour, type 550
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 25 g butter, soft or diced
- 1 tsp dry yeast or
- 20 g yeast, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the BBA
Whisk the egg and egg yolk in a mixing bowl and fill with lukewarm water to 300 ml. Stir well and pour into the bread maker. Add the flour, then the other ingredients. Simply crumble the fresh yeast into the center. Program: Normal, medium browning. When the bread is done, remove it from the bread maker and let it cool on the wire rack.
