Cucumber and corn salad with cream and sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dill
  • 2 tsp herbs, e.g. parsley, chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the cucumber and slice thinly. Lightly salt to draw out the water. Meanwhile, for the salad dressing, mix the sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, and herbs. Peel the onion and dice it finely. Add the corn and onions to the dressing. Squeeze the water out of the cucumbers and discard any excess water. Fold the cucumbers into the dressing.
