Cucumber and salmon pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 g chili pepper(s), red
  • 2 limes, juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 200g spaghetti
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the salmon fillet and finely slice the chili peppers. Combine the lime juice with the chili and crushed garlic. Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes. Remove the salmon from the marinade. Reserve the marinade. Fry the salmon in olive oil for about 5 minutes, remove, and keep warm. Dice the cucumbers and sauté them in the pan juices. Deglaze with the salmon marinade. Cook briefly. Stir in the fish and finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper, and a little sugar if desired. Serve with the cooked spaghetti.
