Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ large cucumber(s) (organic)
- 250 g yogurt 3.5% fat
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some chives, freshly cut
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Refreshment for two
Wash the cucumber, peel it if desired, halve it, and remove the seeds. Set aside two thin slices for garnish, if desired. Dice the cucumber and blend it in a blender with yogurt, salt, and sugar until frothy. Refrigerate. Divide the well-chilled cucumber yogurt between two glasses, garnish with finely chopped chives and, if desired, a slice of cucumber, and enjoy.
