- 150 g cucumber(s)
- 150 g mango(s)
- 1 tsp syrup (agave syrup, alternatively honey)
- 150 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 5 leaves mint, fresh
Instructions

Peel and seed the cucumber, and cut into small pieces. Peel the mango, remove the stone, and cut into cubes. Then, place the cucumber and mango in a blender along with the low-fat yogurt, agave syrup (or honey), and mint and blend thoroughly. The smoothie tastes best when the mango and cucumber have been chilled beforehand.
