Cucumber – Melon – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp oil, cold-pressed (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cucumber lengthwise (remove the seeds if you like) and slice. Halve and deseed the melon, then cut the flesh into wedges and slices. Whisk the sour cream with oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with dill, if desired.
