Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat (half and half)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce (Texicana Salsa, 500ml)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • e.g. mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 tomatoes
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for the Tupperware Ultra

Chop the onions, fry them with the minced meat in oil, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then transfer to the Ultra 5.0 l. Chop the bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, and mushrooms (if using) and add them to the minced meat. Then mix the crème fraîche with the Texicana salsa and pour over everything. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, first with the lid on, then for 15 minutes uncovered.
