Cucumber Mojito

The perfect cucumber mojito recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Mini cucumber
  • 10 cl Rum
  • Lemonade
  • 4 Pc. Limes
  • 5 tbsp Sugar brown
  • 3 Pc. Sprigs of mint
  • 15 Pc. Ice cubes
  1. Peel 4 cucumbers, cut into small pieces and mix with 10 cl white rum and 15 ice cubes in a blender. Cut 4 limes into slices and divide between five glasses. Then crush each glass with a few mint leaves and 1 tbsp brown sugar. Divide the cucumber-rum mixture into the prepared glasses and fill up with lemonade. Slide the cucumber peel and a slice of lime onto a shashlik skewer and place in the glass with a straw.
