Cucumber ragout with salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 sprigs of dill
  • 150 g cream cheese with horseradish
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Then cut into cubes and fry in a pan. Meanwhile, peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds, and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Dice the onion. Remove the salmon from the pan and sauté the onion in the pan. Add the cucumbers. Deglaze with water, broth, and cream cheese and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the chopped dill and salmon. Season to taste. Serve with baguette.
