Cucumber salad in a vinegar and oil vinaigrette with wild garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pieces of cucumber
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, light and mild
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil or neutral oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Dill
  • 6 leaves of wild garlic, fresh
  • some water to lengthen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cucumbers and peel and grate them if necessary. For the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and dill and season to taste. If desired, you can also thin the dressing with water. Wash the wild garlic and cut it into strips. Toss the cucumbers with the salad dressing and stir in some of the wild garlic, scattering some over the salad as a garnish.
