Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (lemon)
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and peel the cucumber, then slice it thinly using a grater. Finely dice the onion and place it in a bowl with the cream. Mix with salt, pepper, and lemon vinegar, then stir in sugar to taste. Then add the cucumber slices and mix well, then season to taste.
