  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder (rose paprika)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the cucumber, wash, deseed, and slice the bell pepper, season the cream with lemon juice, salt, and paprika, and pour it over the cucumber slices. Peel the orange, slice it, remove the seeds, and garnish the salad.
