Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicory, finely chopped
- 1 class can/n mandarin(s) – oranges
- 1 tube(s) mayonnaise, bran
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the chicory with the sliced bananas and drained mandarins. Mix the mayonnaise with condensed milk, nutmeg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and toss with the salad.
