Cucumber Salad with Chives

The perfect cucumber salad with chives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Knife point Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 tablespoon Herb vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Condensed milk 10% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise 80% fat
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  1. Wash the cucumbers, peel them thinly and slice them into very fine slices. Add all the other ingredients, cut the chives into rolls as finely as possible. Mix well and let the lettuce steep for at least 60 minutes at room temperature.
