Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Condensed milk 10% fat
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 80% fat
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers, peel them thinly and slice them into very fine slices. Add all the other ingredients, cut the chives into rolls as finely as possible. Mix well and let the lettuce steep for at least 60 minutes at room temperature.
- Taste only now, because only now has the juice from the cucumber mixed harmoniously with the other ingredients.
