  • 3 Cucumbers
  • 3 cups Sour cream
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Dill tips


  • Wash the cucumbers and slice them unpeeled into thin slices in a bowl. A little salt so that the cucumbers draw some water.
  • Mix the sour cream with the sugar, pepper and dill in another bowl. Season everything to taste and add seasoning if necessary.
  • Pour the sauce over the cucumber slices and mix gently. Beware of the spray when mixing.
