Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pc. Cucumber
  • 350 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Msp Cinammon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • White pepper
  • 2 tsp Chopped dill
  • Maybe a dash of light balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Peel the cucumber and finely slice it. Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the cucumber. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a little more of one or the other ingredient. Let it steep a little before eating.
