Ingredients
- 2 Pc. Cucumber
- 350 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Msp Cinammon
- 1 tsp Salt
- White pepper
- 2 tsp Chopped dill
- Maybe a dash of light balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and finely slice it. Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the cucumber. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a little more of one or the other ingredient. Let it steep a little before eating.
