Salads: Fresh Raw Vegetable Salad with Buttermilk Dressing

- 1 piece Fresh radish
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Zucchino
- 0,5 St. Charantais melon
- 0,5 bunch Arugula
- 150 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Fruit vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Orange oil – also tastes good with olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- Peel the radish and carrots, clean the zucchino and remove the peel and seeds from the melon.
- Coarsely grate the radish, carrots and courgette, cut the melon into small cubes.
- Put the buttermilk, crushed rocket, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and salt in a tall container and mix with the magic wand.
- Pour the dressing over the grated vegetables and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
