  • 1 piece Fresh radish
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 piece Zucchino
  • 0,5 St. Charantais melon
  • 0,5 bunch Arugula
  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Fruit vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange oil – also tastes good with olive oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  1. Peel the radish and carrots, clean the zucchino and remove the peel and seeds from the melon.
  2. Coarsely grate the radish, carrots and courgette, cut the melon into small cubes.
  3. Put the buttermilk, crushed rocket, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and salt in a tall container and mix with the magic wand.
  4. Pour the dressing over the grated vegetables and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
