Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 6 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • Pepper, white
  • Sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and slice the cucumbers. Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash the dill, shake it dry, and finely chop it. Mix the vinegar, onions, salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Whisk in the oil. Mix with the cucumbers and dill and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Season to taste, if necessary.
