Cucumber salad with milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Milk
  • whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the cucumber and slice it. Season with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then add a dash of heavy cream and enough milk so the cucumber slices float. Season to taste before serving.
