Cucumber salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine the sour cream, salt, herb salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Peel and slice the cucumber, add it to the sour cream in the bowl, and fold in the chives. Let the cucumber salad sit for at least 1 hour, then adjust the seasoning if necessary.
