Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 medium-sized turnips, approx. 160 g each
- 250 ml water or vegetable stock
- 4 leaves of wild garlic
- 100 ml cream
- n. B. herbal salt or wild garlic salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 1 dashes lemon juice or lime juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some wild garlic, cut into strips, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and finely chop the turnips and wild garlic. Simmer in broth or water for 10-15 minutes. Add the cream and blend the soup. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with wild garlic strips.
