Cucumber Sucuk Salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 1 sucuk, skinned
  • 25 g spirit vinegar
  • 25 g sunflower oil
  • 25 g honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all the dressing ingredients together well and set aside. Halve the cucumbers and sucuk lengthwise and slice them. Mix all the ingredients with the dressing, let it sit for about 15 minutes, and serve.
