Cucumber Vegetables in Mustard and Cream Sauce

  • 4 Pcs Land cucumbers from the garden

  • 1,5 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1,5 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 4 size Waxy potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • Pepper + salt
  • 1 size Onion
  1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Then cut into fine half rings.
  2. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine cubes.
  3. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes. Add the cucumber slices and stew for approx. 10 minutes.
