Cucumber Vegetables in Mustard and Cream Sauce

- 4 Pcs Land cucumbers from the garden
- 1,5 cups Whipped cream 30% fat
- 1,5 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
- 1,5 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 4 size Waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp Margarine
- Pepper + salt
- 1 size Onion
- Peel the cucumber, cut in half and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Then cut into fine half rings.
- Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine cubes.
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes. Add the cucumber slices and stew for approx. 10 minutes.
- Add the cream as well as the mustard seeds and mustard (you can also add your mustard).
- Let everything steep and season well with salt and pepper.
- At the same time, peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Rinse again and dry with paper towels.
