Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 tsp spice mix (Chat Masala)
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a bowl, stir the yogurt until smooth. Trim and wash the cucumber and coarsely grate it, including the peel. Place it in a sieve and let it stand for 10 minutes to allow some of the liquid to drain. Mix the grated cucumber into the yogurt. Mix all the spices thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. This salad goes well with most Indian dishes.
