Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 2 tbsp protein powder (chocolate) or to taste
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 4 g baking powder
- n. B. Vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients together to form a batter. Pour into a large mug and bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes.
