Ingredients for 18 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate of your choice
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cupcake frosting without butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then let it cool to room temperature. Stir the chocolate into the low-fat quark using a hand mixer. Refrigerate the chocolate-low-fat quark frosting for half an hour. Then spread it on the cupcakes. Tip: If using white chocolate, you can add food coloring or raspberry jam to give the frosting a colorful look. This frosting is enough for about 18 cupcakes.
