Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 small bottle(s) flavoring, vanilla
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- 100 g icing sugar (powdered sugar), or 10 g sugar powder
- 40 g flour
- Fat, for the casserole dish

Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until frothy. Then stir in the curd cheese, followed by the flour. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Then transfer everything to a greased baking dish and bake at medium heat (180°C/350°F) for 25-35 minutes.
