Curd Ice Cream with Vanilla Sugar and Cinnamon!

Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml Curdled milk
  • 250 ml Creme fine
  • 4 tsp Vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions
 

Without ice machine:

  • Beat the cream fine with the mixer and fold in the soured milk with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Possibly add more sugar and cinnamon. Put in a container with a lid and freeze for approx. 3-4 hours.
  • Stir occasionally so that it becomes fluffy! Take out of the cooler 10 minutes before consumption!

With ice machine:

  • Mix the thick milk with the creme fine, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in the freezer bowl. Possibly also season again. Put in the ice cream maker for about 50 minutes. Depending on the ice machine!
  • Somehow tastes like sweet tarte flambée with cream and cinnamon sugar! 😀
