Currant-banana buttermilk

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600 g red currants
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 liter buttermilk, cold
  • 400 ml milk, cold
  • 8 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and sort the currants, then blend them with the sugar until smooth. Slice the bananas and blend them with the buttermilk, milk, and 6 to 8 tablespoons of honey. Pour the banana buttermilk into glasses, pour the currant puree into the rim of each glass, and marble the puree with a straw.
