Currant-Nutella crumbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g currants
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 130 g Nutella, more or less if needed
  • 1 pack of cookies (chocolate cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the currants and carefully pick them from the green twigs, taking care not to crush them. Crumble the chocolate cookies. This works best in a freezer bag. Mix the quark, milk, vanilla sugar, and Nutella together and beat until creamy. Layer the Nutella quark, cookies, and fruit alternately in glasses. Finish with the Nutella quark and garnish with currants.
