Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 small head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Supplement

Combine the oil and curry powder in a small saucepan and heat. Sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the cauliflower and a little water, if desired, and simmer with the lid on until tender – 12-15 minutes, depending on the tenderness. Season with salt to taste. A simple side dish.
