Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- 250 g yogurt
- Salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper
- curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the cauliflower, place it in cold, salted water, and cook until crisp. Drain and let the cauliflower cool. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, curry, salt, and pepper until smooth. Use more or less curry to taste. If you like it spicy, stir in 2 generous tablespoons of curry. Add the cauliflower and mix well with the curry sauce. Serve immediately.
