Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp curry paste, red or green
- 1 Pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some ginger
- some curry powder
- some turmeric
- salt and pepper
- some coconut oil
- 1 mango(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the onion, garlic, and chili peppers to your liking. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit, and cut into pieces. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Briefly fry the curry paste, onion, chili peppers, ginger, and garlic in the hot oil. Add the gnocchi, fry for about 5 minutes, and season. Briefly fry the mango pieces and deglaze with coconut milk. Tip: You can also add meat to the recipe if desired.
