Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g lamb, pork or beef
  • 4 tbsp curry
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Desiccated coconut
  • coconut milk
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

I brought the recipe with me from Singapore

Chop the meat into small pieces, mix with the ginger powder and crushed garlic, and let it steep overnight. Then stir in the curry powder and let it steep for a while. Chop the onion and fry it with the spices and cinnamon. Add the meat, fry it, and pour in the broth. Cook until cooked through. Finally, season with coconut paste and coconut milk.
