Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g minced meat of your choice
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cumin, ground
- 1 bread roll, soaked
- some salt
- some pepper
- 10 g raisins
- some parsley
- some chives
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
own creation – inspired by Mexican cuisine
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a smooth meatball mixture forms. Heat oil in a pan. Form the meatball mixture into meatballs and fry them in batches until golden brown. Serve hot.
