Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • some salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Small meal

Whisk the egg with curry, ketchup, and a pinch of salt and add it to a hot pan with a little oil. Fry until the top begins to set. Slide onto a plate and enjoy.
