Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 650 g treble hooks
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • lots of curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Spice mix for triplets
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Halve and wash the new potatoes, but do not peel them. Fry them in oil for about 5 minutes. Wash the kohlrabi and bell peppers, dice them into bite-sized pieces, and fry them briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock, add the spice mix, and cook until the vegetables are tender. Season with plenty of curry powder of your choice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
