Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ cup(s) rice
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 3 cups meat broth
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, and sauté it in a pan with hot oil until translucent. Add the rice without water. Then add the curry powder. Then add the broth and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Keep the lid on the pan the entire time. Serve hot.
