Curry rice with peach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g rice
  • some salt
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 375 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 500 ml instant meat broth
  • some sugar
  • some pepper
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • 1 small can of peach(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook rice in salted water. Sauté diced onions in oil, then fry the minced meat. Stir in the curry and add the broth. Season. Sauté the peaches in a little butter and serve on top of the rice.
