Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the banana, break it into large pieces, and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice. Add the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and honey. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season to taste.
