Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 250 ml chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly cream or coconut milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also vegan possible

Melt the butter and add the flour and curry powder. Mix everything well. Deglaze with the broth. Add the applesauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir in cream or coconut milk, if desired.
