Curry sauce my way

  • 1 liter Coke
  • 500 ml Tomato ketchup / strained tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Sugar beet herb syrup
  • 2 tbsp Mild / hot curry powder + more as required
  1. Take a large pan and pour the entire contents of the coke into it. The whole thing is cooked until it stops bubbling / bubbling very little (20+ minutes). Then stir in the tomato ketchup, switch down.
  2. Stir in the beet syrup & curry powder one after the other. If it is too thick for you, dilute it with a little water. Let cool in the pan and then fill into a glass or something similar. It is chilled in the refrigerator for further consumption
