Curry Sausage Pan Light
The perfect curry sausage pan light recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 Poultry sausages
- 2 Onions
- 1 big bottle Sieved tomatos
- Salt, pepper, curry
- 400 g Rice
- Cut the poultry sausages into 1cm thick slices. Dice the onions. Fry both in oil. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and curry.
- Cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture after serving and so one was taken while eating. : O) Mixed it simply tastes BEST !! ;O)
