Ingredients
 

  • 12 Poultry sausages
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 big bottle Sieved tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, curry
  • 400 g Rice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the poultry sausages into 1cm thick slices. Dice the onions. Fry both in oil. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and curry.
  • Cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.
  • Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture after serving and so one was taken while eating. : O) Mixed it simply tastes BEST !! ;O)
