Curry Sausage Pan Light

The perfect curry sausage pan light recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Poultry sausages
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 big bottle Sieved tomatos
  • Salt, pepper, curry
  • 400 g Rice
  1. Cut the poultry sausages into 1cm thick slices. Dice the onions. Fry both in oil. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and curry.
  1. Cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.
  1. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture after serving and so one was taken while eating. : O) Mixed it simply tastes BEST !! ;O)
