Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 3 tbsp oil
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g corn (can)
- Salt
- 2 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster until golden brown and place on a prepared baking sheet. Cut the turkey cutlets into very fine strips. Marinate the turkey strips in soy sauce, pepper, and paprika for about 10 minutes. Sear the turkey strips on all sides. Add the cream to the turkey. Then add the corn. Cook the turkey strips until the cream is almost completely reduced. Season again to taste and spread evenly on the slices of bread. Halve the cheese slices and spread them over the meat mixture. The cheese should not protrude above the slices of bread. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Tip: Fine pieces of pineapple (from 2 slices of pineapple) can also be used instead of corn.
