Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 800 g chicken breast
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 tsp, heaped peanut butter
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Brown it in clarified butter, add the diced onion, and stir in all the other ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
