Curry strips with fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 jar asparagus, sliced
  • 1 large can of mixed fruit, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • some chicken broth, granulated
  • 3 tbsp curry
  • pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very tasty and quick to prepare

Cut the chicken breast into strips and dice the onion. Add the mushrooms, asparagus pieces, and the fruit mixture. Season everything with granulated chicken broth, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 3 tablespoons curry powder, and pepper. Then transfer everything to a casserole dish and mix with sour cream, cream, and hollandaise sauce. Bake at 200-220°C for 45-60 minutes. You can also use fresh fruit, if you like. This goes very well with spaetzle or rice.
